Your time at the Taj Mahal will be regulated

Like I mentioned in the previous post 1st April signifies a beginning, and represents a frame of reference to start a new (in this land).

Perhaps in that spirit, the Archaeological Survey of India (responsible for maintenance of historical monuments in India)  will be regulating the time of visit to the Taj Mahal starting this day.

Meaning , earlier a visitor could spend any amount of time, till the place of monument was closed at the evening. However, after the ‘new’ regulations are in place, one would be able to spend only up to 3 hours from the time of checking-in.

The cause for this action is of course relevant since the place host about 50K people on a holiday or any weekends, it will factor in steps to reduce the “Human Pollution.”
