India is hosting a Smart India Hackathon (a Software version) for the students to solve sets of problems and codify their innovation.
And one of the problem to solve was to make Examinations leak proof.
To be fair, India has had a lot leakage of question papers or posers in the exam locations. (Most recently, there has been word of leakages on the class 10 maths and 12th economic papers.)
This is supposedly one the largest Hackathon being held around the world with about a lac student participants from close to 1200 colleges.

All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) under the aegis of the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) in collaboration with i4c, MyGov, Persistent Systems and Rambhau Mhalgi Prabodhin is organizing Smart India Hackathon 2018.
